One hundred copies of this revised catalogue raisonné have been produced in a special limited edition by Goldmark Gallery, Uppingham. They are numbered 1 to 100 and signed by Orde Levinson. A further fifteen Hors Commerce copies are signed and numbered I to XV. Each is cloth bound and housed in a slipcase, together with two photo etchings of John and Myfanwy Piper, signed by Orde Levinson and three John Piper photographs.
